In one sentence, Restore Small Groups was founded to support individuals on their journeys to mind, body and spirit wholeness, grounded in the transforming grace of Christ. These groups are a safe and sacred space for people to have the opportunity to experience what it means to be an agent of collaborative healing with other people when they name the truth of their own vulnerable and wounding stories.
Restore Small Groups is an eight-week group that consists of 5-10 participants and led by two trained facilitators (Restore leaders and/or COTC members), offering a safe and encouraging place for participants to step out of contemplating change and into real action. With honest dialogue directed towards laying a foundation for change, RSGs creates a common language so that all can share without fear of judgment. In small groups, we extend love, empathy, and respect to each other in our shared humanity. We get to the heart of our struggles, building intentional, healing relationships on the way.
