In a city that loves sharing food and being with community, COTC Downtown will be serving our neighbors and Missional Partners all throughout 2024 by serving meals, planting and harvesting fruits and vegetables, and delivering lunches to our neighbors in need. Once a month, we will be hosting a Serve Day with a different Missional Partner or local non-profit organization. These serve days will vary in time, day of the week, and activity to make them accessible to everyone wanting to serve our city in a tangible way!
- On Friday, April 12, two groups of COTC Downtown volunteers will plant and harvest on the Cul2vate Farm in Nashville that will go towards this mission based organization! Cul2vate is a local non-profit that serves the spiritually and physically hungry in our neighborhoods and food deserts in the city of Nashville.
- Families are encouraged to serve together! You will need to register and sign a waiver for each person prior to the serve day. Come dressed and ready to serve on a farm! Directions to the farm are included in the confirmation email.
